Color Palette: Ocean green — a sophisticated teal-meets-emerald tone that flatters all Indian skin tones. The shade shifts from jade in daylight to deep aqua under evening lights, making it perfect for sangeet nights and reception cocktails.  
Pallu Artistry: The pallu is a masterclass in the Paithani tapestry technique. Grand mor motifs — stylized peacocks — are woven in tested gold and silver zari with resham meena accents in lotus pink, royal blue, and parrot green. Each peacock feather is individually filled by hand.  
Border Craft: Features the classic mor-butta border where peacocks alternate with buttas, framed by a delicate narali and rudraksha pattern in zari. This is a rarer border than the standard lotus, marking it as a collector’s weave.  
Body Texture: The ocean green body is kept elegantly plain to highlight the richness of the border and pallu. Subtle self-zari checks woven into the silk add depth without overpowering.  
Blouse Pairing: Includes 0.8m unstitched blouse material in contrasting pink with a broad zari kadiyal border. Style it with a deep back or high neck for modern contrast.

Heirloom Care: Dry clean only. Wrap in muslin with silica gel. Refold every 3 months to avoid zari cracking on creases. Air in shade, never direct sun.

1. The domain sunasa.in including any web-pages thereof is the web-site ("Website") of The Company Sunasa (hereinafter "Sunasa", “we”, “us” or “our”).
 
2. This policy sets out the terms and conditions, on fulfilment of which Sunasa may permit you to either
(i) return the products and/or
(ii) exchange them for other products.
 

Note: In the rare event of a "Missing Package" claim where tracking shows "Delivered", the customer must provide a copy of an official Police Report for mail theft before any internal investigation or insurance claim can be initiated by our team.

3.This policy applies to all the products sold by Sunasa through the Website.
 

4. You are requested to read our Terms and Conditions and other policies available on the Website in addition to this policy as the same are binding upon you.
     

    Conditions for Returns or Exchange:
     
    Sunasa has a simple and hassle free return and/or exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled:
    • The products must be returned to Sunasa within 2 (two) days from date it is delivered to you.
    • Please check whether the product(s) are listed as non-returnable or non-exchangeable under the product description.
    • . All the products sold on sale or using discount codes are non returnable.
    • The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product. Freebies and gifts given by Sunasa wouldn't be exchanged.
    • Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn and unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.
    • Pre-order (available on order basis) items and products customised to your requirements are not liable for refunds or exchange.
    • Products returned under this policy will be subjected to quality testing/inspection.
    • Returns/exchanges on silk products will only be accepted in extreme situations or if wrong item is received. The customer may get asked to provide video proofs to Sunasa.
    • In the event that the product to be returned satisfies the Statutory Refund Criteria, you will be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such product which will be credited to the original account or mode of payment. A transaction fees maximum upto six percent of order value may be deducted. Whereas "Statutory Refund Criteria” means any one of these cases-
    a) If you made the purchase as a registered user, log in to your account, fetch the order details and email us at contact@sunasa.in in order for us to initiate the process.
    b) The product purchased by you does not confirm to the characteristics or features listed upon the website or otherwise agreed to in writing; or
    c) The product purchased by you is delivered late from the stated delivery schedule, except where such delay is on account of unforeseeable circumstances out of Sunasa's control or any other force majeure.
     


    In the event that the product to be returned does not satisfy Statutory Refund Criteria in clause above, but satisfies Store Refund Criteria, you may be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such product in the form of store credit which will be credited to your Sunasa Wallet.



    Whereas “Store Refund Criteria” includes all of the following cases –
    a) The product purchased by you is not included in the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products under this policy; or
    b) You initiated the return request within two days of delivery.
     

    For any refunds initiated under this policy, you must ensure that -

      a) the product is returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.

      b) any product sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Products bought on offers are non returnable and would only be exchanged provided the purchase satisfies the return criteria. Products that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange; and
      c) The product purchased by you is delivered late from the stated delivery schedule, except where such delay is on account of unforeseeable circumstances out of Sunasa's control or any other force majeure.


      • Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Sunasa reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
      • Sunasa Wallet may be subjected to deductions of any benefits for example any discounts availed, shipping or delivery charges waiver, etc., if any.
      • Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.

       


      Returns or Exchange Procedure:


      • The returns procedure can also be initiated through the Website by following the below mentioned steps:
      a) If you made the purchase as a registered user, log in to your account, fetch the order details and email us at contact@sunasa.in to initiate the process.
      b) If you made the purchase from the Website as a guest, please register on the Website using the same email address provided while purchasing the product so that your products appear in your order history. You can initiate the process of return only if the said product appears in your order history.


      • Alternatively, you can initiate the returns/exchange procedure by writing an e-mail to contact@sunasa.in.
      • If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from some Sunasa customer, (for example as gift), you will have to request the concerned Sunasa customer to initiate the return process.
      • Upon receiving a Returns/Exchange Request request, Sunasa will communicate to you on the same trail mail. This email chain must be used in all communication(s) with Sunasa.
      • You can return the product with any one of the below options in the Returns/Exchange Request:




      a) Ship it back to Sunasa by sending it to the address provided by us. You will be solely responsible to ensure that the product is delivered to Sunasa in its original condition and Sunasa will not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
      b) For selected pin codes within India, our delivery service can pick-up the product from you. This pick-up service is complimentary and Sunasa shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.




      • Sunasa will send you a confirmatory e-mail upon receiving the products. Upon undertaking quality test and inspecting the product, Sunasa will inform you about its decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 5 (five) working days of receiving the product.
      • If Sunasa accepts the return/exchange request, value of the product returned/exchanged will be will be credited into original payment method in 3-8 (three to eight) working days of receiving the product. However, if Sunasa rejects the return/exchange we will ship the product back to you.

      Shipping Policy

      We try our best to ship your products to you at the earliest possible. On an average, it takes us about 1 - 9 business days to ship products out of our different warehouses. However, the duration of the shipping may differ if:
      (i) Your products are under production.
      (ii) Your products are getting custom stitched.

      Should this happen, we will keep you informed regularly.

      Domestic Shipments:

      1. Our products get shipped to you within 2 - 5 working days.

      2. If your product(s) is being customised or under production, there might be a delay in the delivery time.


      International Shipments:

      1. Our trusted partners for international shipping are Fedex and DHL. We offer a smooth international delivery within 5 - 9 working days. If the product is under production, under finishing stage or requires customizations, delivery can take extra days. We will communicate accordingly and the customer can be in touch with Sunasa throughout the order processing phase via WhatsApp and/or email.



      2. Please note Sunasa is not liable for any customs charge accountable after the goods enter a foreign country. All shipping charges & customs charges are to be borne by the customer and the customer only.
      VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes (if any) are borne directly by the customer if such charges are applicable in the destination country on semi stitched/ stitched/ unstitched products sourced from India. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.

      Refund Policy

      We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

      To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      To start a refund, you can contact us at Contact@sunasa.in. If your return is accepted, we will get your order picked by our team or we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You would be asked for a video proof starting from unpacking the product.


      Exceptions / non-returnable items
      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as silk products), custom products (such as special orders or customised/personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items bought with discount codes, coupon codes or gift cards.


      Exchanges
      Sunasa offers easy exchange too. You can return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship a replacement / exchange order for your product(s).


      Refunds
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
