How do I opt out of marketing?
You can opt out of email marketing by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. For any other marketing communication related queries, please contact us on contact@sunasa.in.

I need help deciding what to buy. Can I speak to a stylist?
Yes. At Sunasa, we have stylists who will help you find products that exactly suit your requirements. If you have queries and confusions regarding what colours are in trend or what garment would enhance your body type, our stylists will take care of everything. Do you ship outside India?
We ship worldwide and have thousands of happy customers globally. Please note that all the discounts/offers that are currently going on www.sunasa.in are available to everyone in India and abroad.

International Shipments:
1. Our trusted partners for international shipping are Fedex and DHL.
2. Please note Sunasa is not liable for any customs charge leied after the goods enter a foreign country. All customs charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer and the customer only.
VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes (if any) are borne directly by the customer if such charges are applicable in the destination country on semi stitched/ stitched products sourced from India. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
 
How do I update my information?
You can update it at any time via your online account at www.sunasa.in.

How do I purchase an item or several items?

An email and text message will be send to your email address and phone number respectively to verify that you have successfully placed an order with Sunasa.

Do I have to pay any additional taxes?
No. All the prices are inclusive of taxes.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is with between 5 to 8 business days for domestic orders and 10 to12 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouses.
